SANTIAGO, CHILE…
Santiago, Chile

Santiago, Chile

SANTIAGO, CHILE
22-29 Marzo de 2013…

La capital ciudad de Chile… Con mas que 5 milliones habitantes. Muchas parques, museos, caminandos, comidas, edificios antiguasd, viajes a Valpa y Vina del Mar.

Con amigos muy allegre, amable, aggradable… Sentio como estoy en TURQUIA con amigos. Muy feliz. Una mas ahora hablando mucho espanol y entender mucho, mucho, mucho…

Estou muy feliz aqui…!!!

LA CASA de Pablo Neruda de Santiago… LA CHASCONA…

I visited the house of Pablo Neruda in Santiago. He has two other houses, one in Valparaiso, one in Isla de Negra.

As a policy the foundation who administrates the house taking photographs is limited. This brings some inconvenience for me describing and presenting you to feel the real environment.

The house is full of elegant artifacts from all over the world. This is just because of the (somehow) living in exile of the poet away from Chile. From Europe, Africa and others. These bring to house another value for the artistic and elegant appearance. Metal mini bar from France, puppets from Poland, England, mattress from Hungary, wooden statue stand for table from England, wooden works, statues, glass-works, paintings, etc. Together with Matilde’s elegant style you really feel the artistic ambiance different and more than a modest design of a warm environment. Definitely we can say that the sophisticated comfort shows itself.

Neruda child spirit brings some originality to the house such as secret (hidden) passages between the rooms.

Varieties of the household equipments are significant.

The Museum of Fine Arts…

It wasn’t big when compared The Museum Fine Arts in Buenos Aires. But fine with 4 sallons of exhibition to visit.

It is forbidden to take photos during your visit the saloons.

It has nice art objects to represent the period of Coup d’etat of Augusto Pinoche.
